In the last 21 years, we have filled hundreds of 5, 6 and even a few 7 figure (annual base salaries) vacancies across most industries, in Canada, the United States, and in Western Europe. We have experience in Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry, and Services (to businesses and to consumers).

Examples of positions we have successfully filled range from senior executives and board directors to very specialized skilled trades-people, and include line and staff managers and experts in particular fields which are often difficult to recruit.

We strive to target exclusively pools of potential candidates that are regarded as A players in their professions, and we invest intensively in constantly developing a network of contacts in order to be ready for each new search.

To generate and select the best possible candidates, and to deliver results in short time frames, RSI has developed close partnership ties with a network of outside consultants and service providers. For each project that is assigned to us, we mobilize those who are specialized in its specific field.

In addition, we have designed our trading terms so that there are no risks for you in utilizing RSI, only benefits.

For standard full recruitment projects, our terms are the following:

·	Standard Fees: depending on the difficulty of the search, between 20 and 33 % of annual compensation for each candidate hired from our short lists. We have enough confidence in the quality of our work to avoid requesting retainers. Fees are due only for candidates that are hired, after they are hired.

·	Standard.Guarantee: If the candidate hired is terminated for job performance reasons or resigns within six months (for executives) or three months (for others) of accepting your offer, we will replace the candidate free of charge the first month, at half of our normal fees in the remaining period.

·	Additional expenses: (for advertisements, travel or other special requirements) unless specifically approved prior to their engagement, no additional expenses coverage will be requested by us.


For custom unbundled services, such as research, candidate screening and assessment, reference checking, etc,:

·	Our rates will be determined according to the level of expertise required X workload, and are usually calculated on the basis of $100/hour. A quote is always provided in advance and no commitment is made before it is clearly approved.


OTHER CUSTOM SERVICES:

RSI has also been hired to provide special services utilizing our expertise and capabilities.

 Examples include: 
·	Collecting sensitive information (sometimes called Competitive Intelligence). 
·	Renegotiation of high salaries and incentive plans.
·	Assessment of other vendors with respect to Good Business Practices
·	Approaching targeted individuals (executives, business owners) confidentially to establish initial contact with our clients.
·	Confidential assessment of individuals before promotion. 
·	Assessment of management teams to resolve disputes or other similar issues.
·	Conducting third party exit interviews (to collect valuable information)
·	Streamlining the recruitment process to bring costs down, and quality up.

HOW TO LAUNCH A SEARCH:

To provide you with the best possible service, we recommend an initial person to person meeting and visit to your company in order to establish a good working relationship and to gain the best possible understanding also of the intangibles relating for instance to corporate culture, personalities involved, working environment.  

However, many of our clients have limited time to spare and we are accustomed to working with minimal specs and “just taking the bull by the horns”. 

Other than a company description which we usually gather by ourselves, we are able to start efficiently with the following pieces of information:

	1. Is the search confidential (i.e. company name should not be disclosed to potential candidates)?
